Description
This Japanese whiskey has become legendary in a very short time, since the distillery was founded in 2008.
The dress of this Chichibu The Peated 2022 is a beautiful gold color. the nose clearly evokes peat, ash but also notes of fruit such as apple, apricot and grapefruit. A hint of caramel appears which we find in the mouth. On the palate, we find notes of peat and salinity; Added to this are fruity notes which this time evoke peach, citrus fruits, caramelized cooked apples and vanilla.
This single malt Japanese whiskey was distilled in Pot Still then aged for 5 years in Bourbon barrels.
The Chichibu distillery only produces 90,000 bottles per year. It's very little, this bottle is a rarity
