Suntory's Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whiskey. The Japanese whiskey is above all a love story between a Japanese and a Scottish, everything started with Mr Masataka Taketsuru in the early twentieth century. Mr Masataka Taketsuru was sent on a study trip to Scotland by his employer Suntory, where he met Miss Rita Cowan and then returned to Japan with the desire to marry and the idea of producing whiskey. It was falling well, his employer Suntory, then only producer of sake, sought to diversify his activities. Today, Japan is a recognized whiskey producer, both for the quantity and the quality of its whiskeys, which are regularly awarded in competitions.
