Jacques Tissot Vin de Paille Arbois Half Bottle Savagnin. This name is called because the bunches are placed in a crate on a bed of straw to let them dry out slowly in an airy atmosphere. This results in an increase in the sugar rate linked to the concentration of grape juice obtained. The sugar level is often above 320 gr / liter. It takes around 100 kg of grapes to finally get 20 liters of Vin de Paille (Straw Wine..). This wine is then placed at least 3 years in a 600 liters cask to refine.
