The history of the Domaine de Jacques Tissot, Jura winegrower

The TISSOT estate was created in 1962 by Jacques TISSOT. The estate covers 30 hectares in several AOCs: Arbois- Arbois Pupillin and Côtes du Jura. Vinification is still carried out in the traditional way, with the wine aged in barrels for between 12 and 30 months. Most of the vines have an average age of over 30 years.
