Apple Cider Brandy from Brittany Hors d'Age  by J FISSELIER, can not be called Calvados because produced in Brittany rather than Normandy but its the same process of production and aging. Originally from Brittany, cider brandy is made from different varieties of cider apples that have been aged in oak barrels for at least 4 years because it is a Fine. Lambig means brandy from Cidre de Bretagne in Cornwall. This Jacques Fisselier brandy can be enjoyed as an aperitif, digestive or as an accompaniment to ice cream and desserts and can also be an ingredient in many recipes.
