Lambig crackelier cider brandy 70cl. Originally from Brittany, cider brandy is made from different varieties of cider apples that have been aged in oak barrels. Lambig means brandy from Cidre de Bretagne in Cornwall. This Jacques Fisselier Cider Brandy can be enjoyed as an aperitif, digestive or as an accompaniment to ice cream and desserts and can also be an ingredient in many recipes. Any resemblance to a Calvados would not be accidental, the ingredients are the same but the terroir differs.
