TEELING Pot Still REBORN Irish Whiskey
Description
This great name in Irish whiskies was originally created in 1782 by the Teeling family, and has been producing nothing but good whiskey ever since. The Teeling Whiskey Company was founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling in 2012. Initially, the brothers sourced their whiskey from Cooley, the former distillery of the family pioneer (the father). In June 2015, they set up in Dublin, the first distillery in the Irish capital in over 125 years.
Hints of hibiscus flowers, honey, white grapes, grapefruit and citrus fruit on the nose. On the palate, flavours of lychees, white grapes, white pepper, grilled peaches and biscuits invade our taste buds. The finish is fairly dry, with notes of spice, toasted almonds and maple syrup.
