The grandiose Teeling Whiskey Company
This great name in Irish whiskies was originally created in 1782 by the Teeling family, and has been producing nothing but good whiskey ever since. The Teeling Whiskey Company was founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling in 2012. Initially, the brothers sourced their whiskey from Cooley, the former distillery of the family pioneer (the father). In June 2015, they moved to Dublin, the first distillery in the Irish capital in over 125 years.
Teeling Stout Cask Irish Whiskey
The first impression is of a beautiful dark gold colour. On the nose, dark chocolate and truffle bitterness mingle with apple. On the palate, a slightly smoky barley flavour blends with malt and fruity notes to give a good balance. The finish is very pleasant, with gourmet notes of coffee and chocolate mingling with vanilla and spices.
