Irish Whiskey REDBREAST Iberian Series TAWNY PORT Cask Edition 70 cl
This beautiful Redbreast whiskey from the Midleton distillery in County Cork was initially aged in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, then it was transferred to Tawny Port casks for between 14 and 25 months depending on the cask. All this for even more sweetness in the mouth...it's a success!!

Description
This Redbreast is above all a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey triple distilled before being housed in Bourbon barrels, Oloroso Sherry barrels before finishing its journey in tawny Port barrels.
The result is a magnificent Irish Whiskey with a soft nose, which evokes notes of caramel, almond, hazelnut, candied fruit and linden honey.
The palate is voluptuous, notes of hazelnut, almond and caramel combine into notes of praline. We then discover notes of dried fruits such as fig and apricot and woody notes. The finish is long, spicy and fruity notes combine before giving way to notes of Tawny Port.
