This single pot still whisky is the result of a unique ageing process, using three types of cask: bourbon, sherry and Malaga. Ageing process
Yellow Spot 12 Year Old is aged for a minimum of 12 years, allowing the aromas to develop fully. Bourbon casks bring notes of vanilla and caramel, while sherry casks add hints of dried fruit and spice. Malaga casks enrich the whisky with flavours of sultanas and honey, creating a complex and balanced aromatic profile.
