This sweet Jurancon Symphony of November from the Cauhapé domain conducted by Henri Ramonteu presents on the nose notes of exotic fruits, finely smoked notes, notes of resin, spices and roasted notes, citrus fruits bring an impression of freshness. The mouth is full and generous and leaves with notes of citrus, yellow fruits and spices. This beautiful Jurançon is 100% Petit Manseng harvested during the first 10 days of November, with a yield of 28 hectoliter per hectare.
