Secha de la Silva is an infusion of coffee and cocoa in a delicious old rum from Guatemala. This is why it cannot be considered as a rum from Guatemala but as a spirit made from old rum from Guatemala and coffee and cocoa. Sugarcane grows in abundance and quality on volcanic land, cocoa grows in tropical forests and coffee grows in the Huehue region. The Arabica coffee from Guatemala enjoys a worldwide reputation.
