Description
Bordeaux distillery Moon Harbour
Moon Harbor is a Bordeaux distillery that takes its name from the famous crescent moon formed by the Garonne River at the entrance to the city of Bordeaux. The Moon Harbour brand was created in 2013 when Mr Jean Philippe Ballanger had the idea of creating the first whisky from the city of Bordeaux. The distillery is housed in a former World War II bunker, with walls 6 metres thick and 25 metres high.
Moon Harbour Rhum Ambrée
Moon Harbor has also released a premium amber rum distilled on Mauritius from cane sugar. This Bordeaux gold amber rum is then aged in the Moon Harbour cellars in oak casks that once held the whiskies in the Moon Harbour range. This special ageing process gives this amber rum woody, fruity notes with a balanced finish. Enjoy this Bordeaux amber rum as an aperitif or after-dinner drink with friends.
