Description
This French distillery is based in the city of Bordeaux, easily recognisable by its logo forming a crescent moon in the same shape as the river Garonne at the entrance to the city. It was in 2013 that Jean Philippe Ballanger created the first Bordeaux whisky to bear the name moon Harbour. This distillery is unique in that it is housed in a former bunker used during the Second World War. The walls of the distillery are 6 metres thick and 25 metres high, making it one of a kind.
This French whisky is a sign malt with 100% malted barley, it has the partiality to have finished its ageing in old casks that have contained cognac from Richard Delisle. This collector's edition from Moon Harbour is the perfect accompaniment to your aperitifs.
