Description

The ROZELIEURES ORGANIC Collection Single Malt Whiskey is the first single malt from the Lorraine distillery to have received ORGANIC certification.

This certified Organic single malt has benefited from two different maturations. The first in classic oak barrels from the distillery park then the second in ex-Burgundy wine barrels.

The result is an organic whiskey with great finesse, the nose is delicious, it evokes notes of vanilla, brioche bread and white-fleshed fruits including peach. On the palate, the notes of red fruits take over, then the finish turns us towards fine notes of caramel and spices.
