Rozelieures French Whisky Distillery and Maltings

Rozelieures is above all a cereal farm located in the French countryside in Lorraine. The distillery came into being at the end of the 1890s thanks to the ambition of Mr Michel Grallet. Today, the distillery has been family-owned for 5 generations. The special feature of Rozelieures is that it produces its own barley of the sparkling variety on the farmland around the distillery. To date, Rozelieures has produced over 200,000 litres of whisky each year.

Rozelieures Rare Collection Whisky

The Rozelieures Rare Collection is a blend of 3 different aged single malts, one in Sauternes casks, one in sherry casks and one in cognac casks. The result of this blend is surprising, with an expressive nose of candied orange and walnut. On the palate, this whisky is luscious and syrupy, revealing many fruity aromas with a hint of smoke on the finish.
