The benefits of maturing in Sauternes casks have given this Bellevoye whisky delicate aromatic notes. A blend of acacia honey, dried fruit and ginger, this whisky is a delight to taste. On the palate, this Triple Malt leads us on to ripe fruit with a hint of hazelnut.
The French Bellevoye distillery
Created in 2013 by two French enthusiasts, Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix. They were prepared to do anything to demonstrate French know-how and, in particular, the good terroir of France. Their aim is to make 100% French whisky. Working with other French distilleries as suppliers of raw materials, the whisky is then blended and finished in Charente.
