The SMOOS range is a sort of alcoholic “Chantilly” range. These flavored foams are used to flavor coffees, ice creams or plates of desserts and gourmet coffee glasses. They work like whipped cream bombs. Press the press and the foam comes out!

These mousses are alcoholic, all produced using alcohol, with ingredients of plant origin and without traces of lactose.

A 120 ml can of SMOOS will allow you to top: 8 coffees, 8 ice creams or 24 verrines. This mousse will also be perfect to sign a beautiful cocktail based on PEAR WILLIAMS.
