Louis Roque was a young man who worked for distillers and rum importers while studying. Once he had finished his studies, he decided to return to the family distillery until his father died in 1905, at which point Louis Roque decided to set up his own distillery in the town of Souillac.
The old Souillac plum
This old plum is the emblem of the House of Louis Roque. It is still the original recipe created by Louis Roque in 1905. This plum brandy offers a unique taste that is very close to perfection. The old Souillac plum reflects the gastronomy and heritage of France.
