Wilde Leeuw is a beer designed by the brewery of the Flemish country in Merville in the North of France. This beer is a Sour Apricot aged from a Sour for 24 months in Cognac and Bourgogne Blanc barrels. During aging, apricot puree has been added to give it its characteristic taste.
