Description
This PVL GRAND CRU beer is brewed by the Brasserie du Pavé in Ennevelin. The combination of barley malt and rye gives this beer slightly spicy notes as well as lots of body and fullness. No less than 5 types of hops are incorporated in this recipe. The blend gives beautiful notes of grape, pineapple and white flowers. Refermentation in the bottle also gives a very pleasant slight yeasty note.
