Description
Don Papa Sevillana Cask Finish Rum, is a molasses rum from beautiful sugar cane from Negros Island in the Philippines. This rum then goes into barrels containing Bourbon and then has a 36-month finish in barrels containing Sherry Oloroso and barrels containing Andalusian wine from Naranja, orange wine from Seville in Andalusia. The result is really convincing because it evokes orange peel, aromas of hazelnuts and dried fruits and notes of vanilla.
