The Black Forest distillery wants to produce the best gin in the world - and they're not far off! This Monkey 47 gin is made with 47 ingredients, including cassia, hibiscus, rush, jasmine, monarda, cranberry, pomelo, verbena, elderberry and spruce. This monkey 47 schwarzwald gin is produced in micro-vats (1250 litres) and distilled in small steam-heated stills.
The nose is intense and fresh, with balsamic, citrus and spicy notes. The finish is reminiscent of lavender essence. Try also Gin Mare Spanish gin with a base of olives, thyme, rosemary and basil.....
