Description
This GIN KIMERUD Wild Grade is a distilled Norwegian Gin in the Kimerud Farm located 35 km from Oslo by Ståle Håvaldsen Johnsen. The base of this Gin is an alcohol of potato, the alcohol is reduced with the water of the neighboring mountains. No less than 22 botanicals are included in this Gin, including juniper, coriander, ginger root, walnut, mint, angelica root, orange peel and lemon. There are also typically Norwegian plants already known more than a millennium ago by the Vikings. The alcohol is distilled 5 times and is reduced with pure mountain water. This gin is distilled in the same way as a "London Dry Gin". Notes reminiscent of the ocean and iodine can be explained by the presence of a typical Norwegian, the "Golden Root" gathered on the cliffs of the Norwegian Sea in the Arctic.
