G'Vine gin by Maison Villevert

This Floraison gin, created in 2006, is made in the Cognac region from vine flowers, which makes it unique. This flower is rare to obtain because it blooms for only a few days, usually in June. These flowers are essential for winegrowers to produce grapes, which is why G'Vine gin is a rare and exceptional product. All the flowers are harvested by hand and then macerated for a few days in eau de vie. The flower essence is combined with other ingredients to make this delicate, floral G'Vine gin.

Tasting G'Vine French Flower Gin

On the nose, this gin is full of freshness, with obvious floral and citrus notes. On the palate, this fine floral gin offers flavours of citrus, ginger and liquorice, all with plenty of freshness. The finish continues with notes of white flowers and lemon. Enjoy G'Vine in cocktails, with tonics or neat on a bed of ice.
