Deutz Champagne House
The house of Deutz is located in the small town of Aÿ in the Champagne region. It has been in existence since 1838 and bears the name of its founder William Deutz. Deutz champagnes are made using traditional methods, with all the grapes harvested at the house and then sorted to keep the best. Vinification then takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
The Brut Classique Cuvée
Deutz's Brut Classique Champagne is a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. The blend of these 3 grape varieties remains the same from year to year, but may vary to maintain its consistency. On the nose, this champagne has aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit. On the palate, fruit flavours, freshness and liveliness stand out. Classic Deutz can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with seafood, fish or poultry.
