Depaz Amber Reserve XO Rum from Martinique. At the foot of Mount Pelée, Depaz rum has been distilled for planting for four centuries. All the nobility of Depaz rum is based on production, due to the volcanic soil, abundant water, and especially the care taken in the fermentation of cane juice before distillation. This old Depaz Réserve Spéciale rum is undoubtedly a rum of great finesse and distinction. This Special Reserve won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2009 and 2012.
