It is delicate and balanced, the nose offers floral notes and migrate towards aromas of sweet spices such as vanilla. smell in a fruity mouth. This Delamain XO Cognac is a Pale & Dry. Pale, means that it is much clearer than other cognacs of this age due to the use of old aging barrels which have already lost a lot of their tannins. It is Dry because not sweet but soft natural due to aging.
