Description
This is the rosé version of Champagne Princes de Venoge, created to pay tribute to the founder Joseph de Venoge, who crafted his Champagne for the royal house of Orange. Similar to its Blanc de Blancs counterpart, Champagne Princes de Venoge Brut Rosé also features a bottle with sinuous lines very close to those of a decanter.
The Pinot Noir, which constitutes 100% of the grapes, comes from a selection of grapes from Mesnil sur Oger and Verzenay. A portion of Pinot Noir harvested from the Riceys vineyards adds a bold characteristic, creating a Champagne that is complete and complex.
Notes of orange zest, strawberry, and red currant combine in a festive, fresh, and crisp aroma. The palate mirrors this fruity exuberance, refined by a delightful elegance and supported by a robust body.
Excellent when paired with a plate of seafood tagliolini.
