Mauritius is renowned for its beauty and paradise-like climate, ideal conditions for growing sugar cane. Turquoise Bay Amber Rum is a blend of old molasses rums and sugar cane rums. Matured in French and American oak casks that have contained cognac and bourbon, Turquoise Bay has a spicy, oaky character, enhanced by notes of coconut and exotic fruit. Smooth on the palate, it becomes drier on the finish, while remaining warm.
