Description

 Les JARDINS de BABYLONE dry 2019 is a dry white wine from the South-West, produced by Guy Pautrat and Louis Benjamin Dagueneau of the Didier Dagueneau estate.

Previously, this wine was classified under the Jurançon appellation. However, in order to free themselves from the constraints of the appellation, this duo decided to label it as Vin de France, allowing them to fully express their terroir's potential through specific winemaking choices. The grape variety used remains Petit Manseng. This highly exclusive cuvée continues to exhibit intense aromas of ripe fruits combined with a beautiful minerality. Elegance, power, and liveliness all come together in this white wine.
