A Saint-Joseph that demonstrates all the typicality of its terroir. At the tasting, we recognize the touch of Yves Cuilleron: flattering, fond of red fruits (morello cherries, blueberries and blackcurrants) and spices, with a mouth of the most supple, round and delicate, then, a nose just as fond of tart red fruits as well as a note of graphite. The Cuvée "Les Pierres Sèches" comes from a selection of vines located on the hillsides of the commune of Chavanay. "Les Pierres Sèches" comes from the dry stone walls which were used at the time to consolidate the terraces of the vines on the hillsides.
