Les Copains d'Abord" is a collaboration between Brasserie Tandem and the restaurant Aux Enfants Terribles. This 'Göse' type beer is fruity and vegetal, with a hint of acidity. The fruity notes are reminiscent of passion fruit, while the vegetal notes are more reminiscent of peppers and carrots.
Brasserie Tandem is located in Wambrechies, a suburb of Lille in the Hauts-de-France region. It produces atypical craft beers, often using organic and eco-responsible ingredients.
