Description
This Calais dragon beer is a high fermentation blond beer produced by Vincent Nagot in conjunction with the teams from the Flemish Country brewery. The association of American hops and hops from Flanders gives this Dragon beer initially vegetal and herbaceous notes, then beautiful fruity notes take over. You will distinctly find coconut, citrus and tropical fruits followed by a floral finish.
A legend says that during the work of the port of Calais a sacred stone was unsealed by workers at work. This stone under the sea locked access to the North Gate and protected the earth's surface from buried worlds. The dragon, this fantastic creature succeeded in crossing the door and now stayed in Calais opposite the port whose entrance it guards.
