Description
Côtes du Rhône Rouge Sélection by Jean Michel Tyrand is a red wine made from a rigorous selection of grapes, distinguished by its elegance and authenticity.
Jean Michel Tyrand's vineyards are cultivated with particular care, respecting local viticultural traditions. This red wine is made from 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Cinsault. The wine is macerated for 25 days and then matured in oak barrels for 6 months.
The colour is a beautiful deep red with purplish highlights, characteristic of fine Rhône wines. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of red and black fruits, hints of garrigue and sweet spices. The palate is full and generous, with silky tannins and a lovely freshness. The flavours of ripe fruit and spices linger on the finish, offering a rich, balanced taste experience.
This Côtes du Rhône Sélection red from Jean Michel Tyrand goes well with grilled red meats, sauce dishes and cheeses.
