Rugby World Cup 2023 Ticket Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the "Rugby World Cup 2023 Ticket Giveaway" (referred to as the "Competition") organized by Calais Vins and Olivier Vins (referred to as the "Promoter"). This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook.
By participating in the Competition, participants fully release and hold Meta (formerly known as Facebook) harmless from any liability arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, except employees of Calais Vins and Olivier Vins and their immediate family members.
2.2 This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Like the Wine Calais Facebook page.
- Tag two friends in the comments of the competition post.
- Share the competition post on their own Facebook timeline.
3.2 Entry into the Competition is free, and no purchase is necessary.
4. Prize
4.1 The Competition prize consists of the following for each of the two winners:
- Two tickets to the Rugby World Cup match between England and Samoa on October 7, 2023, at 5:45 PM, held at Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille.
- A crate of champagne Demarjory for the two winners to celebrate the victory.
- Round-trip ferry crossing for one vehicle and two passengers (up to 48 hours return) between Dover and Calais on match day.
4.2 The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or vouchers.
4.3 The prize does not include any additional expenses or costs, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation, meals, or personal expenses.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The draw will take place on Friday, September 29th, 2023.
5.2 The winners will be notified via messenger. Each winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize Collection and Ferry Reservation
6.1 Winners must collect their Rugby World Cup match tickets in person from the Calais Vins store located in Calais. The address and collection details will be provided to the winners upon notification.
6.2 Additionally, each winner will be provided with a unique reservation number for booking their round-trip ferry crossing between Dover and Calais. Instructions for ferry reservation will be included in the winner's notification email.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 By participating in the Competition, participants grant Calais Vins the right to use their name and image in any promotional materials or announcements related to the Competition, without further compensation.
7.3 Wine Calais reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason that may arise beyond their control.
