This SYNTHESIS whisky by Compass Box is further proof that blended whiskies can be tremendous successes. This is the credo of John Glaser, the creator of Compass Box.
This Opus is a blend of 59% Highland single malts and single grain and 41% Speyside single malts.
The tasting gradually but inevitably reveals a very fine peat that is also very present, combined with aromas of fruit such as apricots and spices such as pepper and ginger.
