Toreau Rum and Cognac Beverage
A blend of approximately 70% Guatemalan rum and 30% VSOP cognac. This spirit was created as a tribute to Henri David Thoreau, a philosopher and poet who left his mark on the minds of Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix, the managers of Les Bienheureux. Each bottle includes one of the poet's 13 best-known quotations.
Tasting the Toreau spirit
On the nose, Toreau reveals stone fruit aromas such as apricot and plum, with hints of cinnamon and orange. On the palate, the orange and apricot flavours remain strong, but there's also a hint of vanilla and hazelnut. Enjoy Toreau rum cognac as a digestif, aperitif or cocktail.
