Les sorcières du Clos des Fées is a dry white wine with yellow fruits and exotic fruits flavours, in the mouth, this Roussillon white wine offers a nive vivacity with a nice hint of acidity (due to citrus fruits aromas), the finish of it is slightly salty which makes that this wine will go very well with shellfish or fish.

This wine from Herve Bizeul is made of four grapes varieties: Grenache Vermentino, Roussanne  and Macabeu
