Verrier is a Normandy company that produces cider in the traditional way. To make a well-balanced cider, Verrier uses different varieties of apples such as Bedane, fréquent rouge and douce moën. After harvesting, these apples are pressed and fermented using natural yeasts. At Verrier, quality means above all selecting the apples that will be used to produce the entire range of ciders.
