Description
This bottle of MACLE is a Canadian Ice Cider made from apples from the Intermiel farm located on the southern slope of the Saint-Benoît mountain. You will discover a charming sweet drink with low alcohol content. The sweetness mixes in a beautiful balance with lots of freshness and fruity notes.
How is Ice Cider made?
During the harsh Canadian winters, the musts from the press of several varieties of apples are exposed to cold (up to -20/-30°C). Then in January, these highly concentrated musts obtained by cryoextraction are left to ferment. We then obtain this drink dosed at approximately 135 g of sugar per liter.
You have to press 50 apples for a bottle of ice cider
