Pina colada (pineapple pressed in Spanish) is a cocktail made from rum, pineapple and coconut, invented in Puerto Rico in the 1950s, it was then exported around the world and gained popularity , so much so that today pina colada has become the most popular cocktail with mojito. For this mixture you just need to pour 70cl of white rum into the carafe and mix and leave to macerate for 48 hours. To be enjoyed as a ti'punch or lengthened with sparkling water or fruit juice.
