Description
ST MEDARD Cuvée de Noël (Christmas Cuvee) 75 cl by Brasserie Au Baron. A dark beer with an opaque colour and a dark brown, almost black, hue. The nose is slightly acidic and spicy, with hints of roasted cocoa and malt. There's also a hint of spice, illustrated by notes of clove. On the palate, there are notes of roasting, cocoa, roasted malt and coffee. The finish is not very long.
