The nose of thisSaint Emilion Cheval Noir is very expressive, with aromas of red and black fruit and cinnamon. On the palate, the tannins are present but supple. In 2008, the winery was completely overhauled and equipped with the latesttechnicalinnovations, such as gravity-fed transport to avoid over-crushing the grapes, and vibrating tables for quality sorting.
