Château de la Voulte Gasparets

Château de la Voulte Gasparets is located in the Languedoc-Rousillon region and has been in the family for 6 generations. The different varieties of grapes (carignan, grenache, mourvèdre and syrah) are harvested by hand in order to make a pre-selection of the grapes. The harvested grapes are then sent to the winery to be sorted again for the quality of the future Corbière wine. The grapes are then pressed in the cellar before being put into the fermentation vats.

This Corbière red wine has an attractive ruby-purple colour that is very pleasing to the eye. The nose is full of aromas of black fruit and garrigue. On the palate, the black fruit is very pronounced, with well-balanced notes of spice.
