Château du Rouët is a wine estate located in the Côtes de Provence region, founded by the Gautier family in 1840. This wine estate has been handed down from generation to generation (the 5th at present), right up to the present day. Château du Rouët has won numerous awards for its wines, particularly for its rosé wines. The estate has gone biodynamic, which means that it respects both the vines and the environment.

Château du Rouët Rosé Wine

The Château du Rouët Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. These 3 grape varieties are widely grown in the Côtes de Provence region. All the grapes are harvested by hand to preserve their freshness and aromas. Rouët rosé has a pretty pale colour with a nose of red fruit, white flowers and citrus fruits, all with a freshness all its own. On the palate you will find the same impression of freshness and fruity finesse. Château du Rouët Rosé goes well as an aperitif, with seafood, fish or typical southern dishes.
