Château CHASSE SPLEEN Moulis en Médoc 2019 75 cl
Chateau Chasse Spleen Moulis en Médoc 2015
Description
Chateau Chasse Spleen Moulis en Médoc offers a deep and dark hue, the garnet robe with violet highlights reflects the youthful nature of this wine, as its bouquet releases fruity aromas accentuated by subtle woody notes. While the initial taste is gentle and generous, the palate then unveils a dense tannic structure that unfolds into a slightly austere finish. All elements converge toward the notion of a brief cellar aging to allow the tannins to mature.
Château Chasse-Spleen, located on a 105-hectare vineyard in Moulis-en-Médoc in Gironde, stands atop the hills of Grand-Poujeaux. The soils are predominantly composed of 80% Garonne gravel resting on a limestone substrate with asteria, while the remaining 20% exhibit an argilo-calcareous nature.
