Some major vodka brands source neutral alcohol and redistil it. At Chase, the raw materials come from the family farm, where a homemade spirit is distilled. Chase English Vodka is made from potatoes, the same ones used in Tyrells crisps.
William Chase, the brand's founder, was behind the production of both products. Before going into vodka distilling, he founded Tyrells, a company specialising in the production of artisan crisps from potatoes grown on his family farm.
After selling Tyrells, he launched Chase Distillery in 2008, using the same potatoes to produce a high-quality artisanal vodka using traditional distillation methods.
Particularly smooth thanks to the use of copper stills, Chase Vodka is a first choice ingredient for cocktails.
