Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Billecart Salmon is a cuvée from the most beautiful Chardonnay parcels in the Côte des Blancs owned by Billecart Salmon. The nose of this champagne offers floral notes (hawthorn, acacia) as well as candied citrus (orange, cedra). On the palate Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Billecart-Salmon is crisp and powerful, then notes of brioche take over. Ideal for an elaborate dinner aperitif. The Billecart-Salmon house is part of the small circle of large houses that have increased volumes while maintaining high quality. Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the house has not deviated over time from its founding principles: finesse, balance and elegance. The house exploits about thirty hectares and buy grapes essentially in classified soils Grand Cru or Premier Cru. A quality requirement rewarded by the famous guide Decanter who has designated the Brut Reserve Billecart-Salmon as the "World's Best Brut".
