The Cuvée demi sec Cuvée Celeste from Champagne Demarjory (formerly Champagnes Jean Pierre Robert) is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A higher dosage when disgorged allows the wine to express its fruity side, it will be ideal to accompany a dessert. Grapes: Pinot noir 80%, Chardonnay 20%. Located in Les Riceys, in the Côte de Bars, the Robert Champagnes cultivate numerous plots of land in different towns, respecting the Champagne traditions.
